CII Karnataka Industry Institute Panel and Belgaum District Council inaugurated the CII Samridhi Program at KLSGIT, Belagavi
Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Karnataka Industry Institute Panel and Belgaum District Council inaugurated the CII Samridhi Program at KLSGIT, Belagavi on 24th July 2023. This initiative, designed to support and promote MSMEs, attracted 28 enrollees for its first run. The program spans two days, starting with a full day of physical training, followed by personalized coaching sessions on-site at participants’ campuses. After a two-month gap, there will be a half-day refresher training based on the initial coaching session. The course concludes with a full day of success story presentations. This unique mix of comprehensive training and personalized coaching aims to ensure the growth and development of MSMEs in the region.

The Department of Mechanical Engineering had an inspiring day visiting the Tata Hitachi Plant at Dharwad as part of a Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) organized event on 25th July. World Class Manufacturing practices were introduced, providing immediate, tangible experience of the intricate and subtle aspects of current manufacturing techniques.

Today under the banner of IGBC we conducted the Green Talk to the students of 4th semester mechanical. Shri. Sameer Majli, Green Saviours Association, Belagavi was the speaker. He addressed the problems faced by the Belagavi city due to mass cutting down of the trees in the city. He also gave various solutions to how to have a sustainable environment. Dr. GSG and myself coordinated the entire event.
